At HANSEN Garments, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if your items are not quite right, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of receipt. All returned goods must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Log into our returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Place the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your invoice or the return form provided via email.

Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our Copenhagen warehouse.
